Critical Talent Development & Consulting LLC, established in 2023, provides consulting, training, and organizational development services focused on strengthening institutional preparedness for natural and man-made disruptions/crisis.
The work that we do is designed to support and strengthen organizational preparedness, risk mitigation, and decision making. Critical Talent LLC will individually work with each organization to better understand their risk posture and tolerance, and design training to maximize your organization's readiness.
Training
Paraphrasing Benjamin Franklin – “Tell me and I will forget. Teach me and I may remember. Involve me and I learn.” Leadership, finance, operations, and logistics – all on the same page! Our training methodology is to thoroughly consult on an organization’s policies and objectives, and deliver customized interactive training modules to multi-disciplinary teams, with a focus on crisis management. We finalize with a capstone exercise that fully involves each participant.
Consulting
We count on an extensive array of subject matter experts in the crisis management field, ready to share their knowledge and advice so our customers can face volatilities with confidence.

We specialize in the development of high-performance, multi-disciplinary teams, with emphasis on continuity of operations, logistics management, evacuation planning, and command center structure during critical incidents.
Services are customized to align with each client’s operational framework, business model, and risk landscape.

He served as Deputy Chief of Mission, Management Counselor, and Crisis Management Officer in complex assignments, as well as Training Director for the European Region.
His experience involves training and operational coordination with personnel across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia, supporting preparedness and response in diverse geopolitical and operational settings.
Critical Talent LLC, based in West Palm Beach, Florida, engages a global network of experienced practitioners to deliver tailored consulting and training programs to organizations of all sizes.

Our team of experts will analyze your business to identify the capabilities and operations that your organization must sustain during a crisis, and develop a logistics and staffing plan to maximize your likelihood of success, with possibly only a skeleton crew. We will help optimize your operations, identifying resources and force-multipliers to build resilience into your organization.
The unsung heroes in any crisis are the logistics personnel, who manage the systems, equipment, and communications during an emergency. They are the backbone of operations during steady-state, and whether through prior planning, or institutional expertise, they apply their day-to-day knowledge to a crisis on a moment's notice. This is our starting point. We build on this assumption to train personnel on crisis management concepts and execute simulations involving Logisticians, Operations, and Leadership – creating a well-honed and empowered response team that makes a marked difference in a crisis.
Staff accountability is perhaps the most critical leadership priority in a disaster - knowing, within minutes, the number of staff and family the organization is responsible for, and their safety and security is paramount. All this must be tallied while the organization is taking action to minimize potential loss of life or property. Critical Talent LLC can provide best practices to expedite accountability and better position the organization to implement further life-saving steps.
A worst-case scenario of any disaster may include a decision to suspend operations and move personnel and resources away from the situation. Evacuation is never an easy decision. We will help identify and plan for these type of crisis by assessing your strengths and resources, developing contingency plans to mitigate risks and threats in your operating environment.
Establishing plans for expedient command and control, including succession planning, is key to all successful crisis operations. Well-equipped command centers and clear protocols enhance communications capabilities, reporting mechanisms, and unified decision making. Our firm will design several command and control alternatives for your business, including developing a command center structure and exercise your staff in “nerve-central” dynamics.
Our experienced staff will work with your company leadership to help you recognize possible threats and crisis indicators and develop scenarios for designated crisis staff to exercise in a controlled environment. These exercises can be table-top style to ensure everyone understands their role in a crisis; or escalated to be full-scale events where responders practice moving through a simulated incident response.
Preparedness is a responsibility that belongs to all staff in an organization. We will assist in developing viable programs to inculcate crisis management into your corporate culture. Leadership, messaging, and accountability are critical to building a culture of preparedness; however, each employee and family member has a role to play.
Critical Talent LLC will work with you to provide necessary training to build capacity at all levels and continue to consult with you on institutionalizing that culture within your organization.
We help you identify and manage risk to ensure the long-term success of your business. Our team can develop risk management strategies tailored to the unique needs of your business and provide ongoing risk management support. We will do this with an eye towards strengthening corporate and personal resilience and establishing corporate practices that reduce vulnerability. Increased institutional readiness and resilience reduces exposure, decreases business losses, and empowers employees to be part of any crisis response.
